Paint & Create is a creative and exciting location for all sorts of events and parties including birthdays, hen nights, school trips and corporate events for up to 30 people.

For Adults (Bespoke parties)

Children's after-school parties

Pottery painting - £17 per person

Includes paint or foam clay on any mug/plate/bowl/party or animal, drink & snack, one other activity plus a gift for the birthday girl/boy. 6-14 people. Recommended age 5-15

Potter's Wheel- £30 per person

Potter's Wheel party includes a group demonstration, individual lesson on the wheel throwing a pot each, time to paint your pot, drink & a snack and one other activity. This option is only available for groups of between 6 and 12 people and is suitable for children aged 8+ or mixed groups including adults.

Parties packages are available after school during term time only with a start time to suit you. We do not offer party packages at the weekend but the studio is open to book a table for pottery painting or foam clay for groups of up to 30 people if you would prefer.
All parties include decorated table/s, snacks, unlimited squash and a gift from Paint & Create for the birthday girl/boy.
The extra activity will vary depending on availability - currently clay-play, foam clay modelling, scratch art, suncatchers, or bracelet and keyring making.
Parties will last 1.5-2 hours depending on the age of the children.
You are welcome to bring a cake.

Adult parties

We offer a range of pottery painting or Potter's Wheel activites which can be tailor-made to your party needs. Please contact the studio for up-to-date information, options and availability.

Pottery painting will need to be left with Paint & Create for approximately two weeks for glazing and firing and can be collected by the party organiser or by individuals as requested.

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the party. Final numbers and selection of pottery to be finalised 2 weeks prior to the party date to ensure sufficient stock is available. Non-attendees should be notified to Paint & Create at least 48 hours prior to the party. After this, a nominal charge of £5 per person will be charged to cover food and expenses.
