Pottery Painting (from £5)

Our favourite activity at Paint & Create.  With a large range of bisque to choose from, we are sure you will find something that will suit you.  Create your masterpiece with the paints provided and if you want a little help along the way our team will gladly help out.

Pottery painting can be done by all ages and abilities.  Don't be afraid to have a go as this is a craft where anyone can get amazing results with a little help and guidance.  Perfect for gifts and keepsakes.

An average session of pottery painting lasts between 1 and 2 hours depending on the age of the painter;  choose your bisque (blank, once-fired pottery) from a large range of items (cups, plates and party animals are the most popular items), paint at your leisure then leave with us to glaze and fire for collection at a later date (typically 10-14 days later).  Prices from £5 for a small tile , £12 for party animals, £13-£26 for a mug/plate/bowl up to £50 for other tableware. 

Please note that we do not charge a studio fee.

Foam Clay (from £5)

Foam Clay is a fantastic air-drying modelling clay with a very soft, foam paste consistency containing small polystyrene beads that can coat, wrap and cover a variety of items and surfaces. It's ideal for covering all sorts of items including our bisque! The best bit? You can take it home with you on the day - no firing required.

Take small pieces or balls of Foam Clay, press them onto the item and spread evenly over the surface with your fingers. Ensure you use an ample amount of Foam Clay to cover the given area. Leave to dry for a few hours and Foam Clay sets to a firm and hard surface.

Perfect for sculpturing, shaping, modelling and more, this self-hardening Foam Clay is sure to keep kids (or adults!) amused for hours on end.

All colours are vivid, bright and inter-mixable. The creative possibilities are endless!
